NEW CLUB
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

We, the members of ______________________________ Yacht Club, a club affiliated with the Pacific Inter-Club Yacht Association (PICYA) of Northern California, Hereby request consideration for membership in the NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER CRUISER ASSOCIATION (NCPCA). (Over-The-Bottom Time and Navigational Contests)

If accepted for membership in the NCPCA, the Members in good standing of the __________________ Yacht Club will be entitled to join the NCPCA as a full member with full privileges, or as an Associate Member, for those who wish to participate in social functions, act as a Checker or Crew Member, Those who will receive correspondence and appropriate membership card.

By acceptance as a Member Club and yearly payment of club dues, we agree to participate within the scope of the By-laws and contest rules of the NCPCA and conduct all boating activities associated with the NCPCA in accordance with the rules of the road, and support safe boating activities.

We will name two members to act as Delegates to the NCPCA, to attend two delegates' meetings per year: A Spring and Fall meeting; and will represent this club and vote on issues as required.
